Microwave mac and cheese.

I used to love mac and cheese. I always claimed to make the best mac and cheese.
When I worked at TAC, I would make mac and cheese and pack it in these Tupperware boxes, 6-7 of them and everyone loved it. I loved making it.
I believe the best mac and cheese is baked but honestly, I haven't made any since Bombay.
Here's a microwave easy recipe because I know you like the mouth feel of mac and cheese. (I can't believe you still remember that :D)

Ingredients
½ cup elbow macaroni(50 g)
½ cup water(120 mL)
3 tablespoons milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (25 g) - In case you can't get shredded, get cubes and use those because you can break it with your hand.
Fresh chives, optional
Directions
Mix the macaroni, water, and salt in a microwaveable mug.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, then stir.
Add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper, then stir.
Microwave for another 30 seconds, stir, and then sprinkle the chives and you're good.
