Chii Garlic Oil Noodles

LITERALLY 15 MINUTES. It doesn't get easier than this!

You can add some sliced sausage or bacon bits to it as well. Or even egg actually.


You send me a song last year sometime? And I was working late so I checked whatsapp on my laptop. When I opened it, it opened from the info@hb account email and not my personal one ; so the video that played immediately after the song you sent me was this one. This recipe.

So I modified it a bit, so that it's easy peasy and here we are.

The song was - You don't bring me flowers anymore.

You always send me that song I'm annoyed with you. It's very weird because I don't actually ever tell you I am? This song annoys me even more when you do lol


Ingredients

  1. Noodles

  2. 4 garlic cloves, minced (smash it super fine)

  3. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

  4. 1 tbsp chilli flakes or some other red chilli powder

  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce (or more, depending on how you like it.

  6. 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar (or rice vinegar, but really Chinese black vinegar kills in this recipe)

  7. Parsley - finely chopped (It's not a vegetable, it's a seasoning so it adds flavor)

  8. 2 tbsp chopped green onion or scallion

  9. 1/4 tsp salt or more to taste

  10. 1/8 tsp white pepper or black pepper

Directions


1. Cook the noodles according to the packet.

2. After they're cooked, drain the water and put the noodles in a bowl.

3. Heat oil in a pan for 3-4 minutes or until you can hear it sizzle.

4. Add all the remaining ingredients to a glass/microwave safe bowl. (don't use plastic)

5. Pour the hot oil over the ingredients.

6. Add the noodles

7. Mix it well.
