This is an easy, modified version of a slightly longer recipe. I LOVE IT!
Super yum!
I saw this recipe on Instagram actually, and I saved it. I was super tired after work one day, during the lockdown but I had promised to make dinner, so I shortened the recipe so that I could finish up and sleep. It actually ended up being really good.

Ingredients
Salt
Spaghetti
Pancetta or bacon, finely diced. (small squares)
Oil (preferably olive, but others are cool)
3 tablespoons (about 4 big cloves) minced garlic (just smash it)
Chilli flakes (to taste)
2 teaspoons black pepper, plus more to taste
2 lemons (we need the juice)
Cheese
Directions
In a large pot of heavily salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water (it comes in handy), then drain the pasta.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the pancetta/bacon over medium-high heat until crisped, 7 to 9 minutes. Add the oil, then add the garlic, chilli flakes, and black pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the lemon juice to the skillet, then toss in the drained pasta and toss to coat. Add the cheese and toss, adding the pasta water, a couple of tablespoons at a time, just to help the cheese coat the pasta.
Season to taste with additional salt, lots of black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve with more cheese.
