I saw this on Instagram a couple of weeks ago and had to try it out.
It's my 15 min dinner. To be honest, not everyone really likes it? My siblings do not and gave me a lot of crap for making it.
It's like sushi without meat? I dunno how to explain it.
I'm not 100% you'll like it? But you might? I also think this might be the easiest one from all the others.

Ingredients
Silken tofu (check the packet to be 3000% sure it's silken. There's a ton of variants)
2-3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar or less? Depending on how sweet you want it.
1/2 tbsp chilli oil optional for spice (I'd recommend adding it)
Leftover rice - you can eat it plain also. I like it with rice.
Directions
Drain any excess liquid that can seep out from the tofu.
Take a pan, add some water in it.
Add a dish into the plan and place your tofu on that dish.
Cover the pan and left the water to boil until it starts steaming
Leave the tofu to steam for 8-10 minutes.
Afterwards, carefully remove the dish from the pan.Remove excess water from the tofu.
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour it on top of your tofu
Eat it with rice
